  • Learn what types of positions are out there for you
  • Meet and Greet representatives from companies
  • Network with employers for future employment opportunities
  • Gain knowledge about the hiring process
  • See which companies are looking for interns

Who knows? You may even get a chance to interview with a company that day!

Focus Career Assessment

The first step in the career development process is to first assess your personality, interests, skills, faith, and personal values, to determine how they fit in with desired careers. The path to personal and professional success starts with these questions, and will help you decide on careers that provide you with the stability, success, and happiness that are essential to a productive life.

The Focus assessment tool is a web-based program that examines your personality, interests, skills, and values, and provides feedback to begin the career exploration process. The use of the Focus system should be accompanied by an appointment with Stephannie Miles in Career Services, to fully maximize the experience.
