Unfortunately, as the end of the semester approaches, theft on campus increases.
Theft of textbooks, purses, backpacks, and electronics are most common.
Most of these thefts are crimes of opportunity so please do not leave valuables out unattended.
Common campus locations where theft occur:
- Cafeteria, Classrooms and Common Areas (Book bags left unattended)
- Unlocked residence hall rooms, classrooms and offices
- Unlocked cars
