Position Summary
Belmont Abbey College invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach RH 104 (Rhetoric & Writing), a required course in the college’s core curriculum, to begin August 2021. Additional possibility of teaching occasional survey courses in Western literature.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must understand and embrace the responsibility of supporting the college’s Catholic identity and value participation in an academic community dedicated to a robust Catholic and Benedictine educational vision.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in English, Rhetoric & Composition, or a related field; prior experience in college teaching, seated or online, is also preferred. Applicants must have completed at least 18 graduate credits in English, Rhetoric & Composition, or a related field.
