Belmont Abbey College invites applications for the current position of Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive VP/CFO.
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides advanced, cross-functional administrative support to the Office of the Executive VP/CFO. In this high-visibility administrative position, the EA will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the College.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience in a senior administrative role supporting an executive-level professional. Prior experience working in higher education is helpful, but not mandatory. This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as familiarity with G Suite.
