Summer Dance Program
Dance Your Heart Out at the Abbey!
Come join the Summer Dance Intensive (SDI) and experience college dance life here at Belmont Abbey! The Summer Dance Intensive is a 3-day experience for high school students to train in a variety of dance styles and interact with current Abbey dance students. All technique classes are taught by Abbey faculty, and our special guest this year is a professional makeup artist. Each dancer will also get private coaching on an existing solo or general technique. Evening activities will help dancers get to know one another and enjoy all the Abbey has to offer!

About the Summer Dance Intensive
Anyone 13 years of age or older who is attending high school currently or will be in the fall of 2022.
- Early Bird Special: if you register before July 1st, the cost is $475.
- This is for those who wish to stay on campus beginning Sunday, July 10th through Thursday, July 14th, and have all meals provided.
- Early Bird Special: if you register before July 1st, the cost is $275.
- This is for those who live in the Charlotte region. It does not include meals or overnight accommodations.
