I have led workforces through very difficult decisions, including a plant closure, with sensitivity and transparency.

Working with communities as well as universities allowed for the establishment of a Center for Women Entrepreneurs, which expanded economic opportunities by advancing entrepreneurship and providing resources to assist in successful business startups, maintenance of growth, and exploration of new business opportunities.
