Residence Hall Construction Update

See the latest view of our newest halls! Scheduled to open this Fall, one at the end of August and the other by the first week in September our two newest halls on our campus are moving quickly to completion. Check back for the latest views!
Building #2 – 112 Wimmer Circle:
- Brick work continues. They are working on the second floor level on portions of the building.
- All windows are installed except for the construction openings.
- Plumbing has passed its pressure testing.
- Sheetrock installation in the hallways is in process.
- Electrical continues, they should complete the fourth floor this week and move down to the third floor. This includes data conduit for WiFi and cameras.
- HVAC ductwork installation continues.
Building #1 – 114 Wimmer Circle:
- Roof deck installation will be completed this week, and shingles will be installed next week
- Plumbing rough-in began this week.
- Window installation started today.
