Brendan’s years as a golf professional have brought him several exciting opportunities and keepsakes, from a jacket that the Abbey’s own Al McGuire once owned to a huge pair of shoes.

On March 1st, Carolina Catholic Radio Network featured Belmont Abbey College in their Carolina Catholic News Update.
The update highlighted the Abbey’s Jump Start program and the recent announcement of Belmont Abbey College Connect program in conjunction with Gaston College as well as the recent presentation given by Dr. Bill Thierfelder on the history of the Catholic Church in Gaston County.

Abbey Alumnas, Jennifer Joyner, recently launched Kurated Noire, an art collecting and interior design business, alongside her daughter, Kadijah, right here in Gaston County!
Jennifer studied business during her time at the Abbey and after 25 years of corporate and higher education experience, launched her business in June of 2020.

The St.John Paul II Foundation, in collaboration with the Diocese of Charlotte, and Belmont Abbey College, invite all health care professionals to the fourth annual Converging Roads medical ethics conference on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 8 AM – 6 PM at the Cathedral of St. Patrick in Charlotte.
The conference theme is Hippocratic Medicine: Do No Harm, and continuing education credits for healthcare professionals will be offered.
