The Catholic College of the South
Do you believe in the possibility of a God, but wonder what difference that makes in your life? Are you interested in learning more about the Catholic faith? Are you Catholic but never received Confirmation? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are not alone, and you are invited to our opening sessions of RCIA. RCIA is the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and begins with a time of learning and asking the big questions. Choosing to participate in that initial period of inquiry by no means constitutes a commitment to becoming Catholic or receiving the sacraments.
Come support your men's soccer team as they take on Emmanuel in the Conference Carolinas tournament.
Honor Jesus' abandonment to the Father's Will in His Agony in the Garden by praying a Holy Hour Thursday evenings.
Belmont Abbey Career Services, as part of the Metrolina Consortium, invites students of all class levels to participate in the Metrolina Consortium Fair. Don't wait until your Junior or Senior year to start making connections! The more students attend, the better employers we can recruit for future fairs. Help us grow by attending this year! All students attending are entered in drawings for gift cards up to $100.00 and receive free Chick-fil-a!
The Psychology club meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday from 12:20-12:50. Pizza is provided.
Join us every Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm at Holy Grounds Coffee Shop on the beautiful campus of Belmont Abbey College. All ages and skill levels are welcome. The focus of this jam is building confidence while gaining familiarity with the (mostly) bluegrass repertoire. You’ll play a mixture of bluegrass and folk, with some gospel, country, and Irish. The jam also references the Queen City Bluegrass Jam songbook. Please note that while the location given is Holy Grounds Coffee Shop, and this will remain normative going forward unless otherwise noted, we will also meet in front of the adjacent Haid theater once the weather gets cooler. Contact Stephen Tomlinson with any questions at stephentomlinson@bac.edu.
Every first Saturday of the month at 10:15am, pray the Rosary and offer a Communion of Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Refreshments on the piazza to follow Mass.
