Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. Areas of expertise include environmental law and policy, natural resources law and policy, constitutional law, bioethics, (including cloning and genetic modification) and First Amendment law.

KNOWN FOR:
Is the composer, lyricist and librettist of
Marva!, a musical based on the true story of Marva Collins, the great African-American educator who founded a life-changing inner-city school in Chicago’s most desperate ghetto.

WHEN NOT IN THE CLASSROOM, CAN OFTEN BE FOUND:
