Join us on Tuesday, October 7 at 5:15pm in the Science Auditorium, where Dr. Shane Gomes, Chair and Associate Professor of Psychology and a licensed clinical psychologist, will share 10 Strategies to Improve Your Sleep (based on the book "The Anxious Generation").

Rhize Bio Talk on Microbes

Stop by the William Gaston Science Lecture Hall at 11:30AM on Tuesday, October 7, to learn how microbes beneath our feet shape plant growth, sustainability, and the future of food. This talk will be given by a speaker from Rhize Bio. Rhize Bio is a North Carolina ag-tech company using cutting-edge DNA sequencing and soil science to transform farming. This program is open to all students, staff/faculty, and other members of the Abbey community.
