We look forward to welcoming you to campus on the evening of Thursday, May 1, 2025 for a three-act event that begins at 6:00 pm on the patio of the Haid with a Prelude reception hosted by Creative Solutions. Enjoy drinks and appetizers while visiting with friends and enjoying music presented by Abbey staff and students.

At 6:45 pm, we will move the event to Act II in the Haid Ballroom where you will enjoy the best in cuisine prepared and served by Best Impressions Caterers. The menu will include a duet entrée course of broiled salmon remoulade and filet mignon. Please email debrawindley@bac.edu to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions; a vegan option of roasted cauliflower steak is also available. While dining, you will enjoy musical selections provided by the performing
arts department.

After dinner, we will transition to Act III, complete with an assortment of desserts and coffee and a nightcap of entertainment in the Haid Theatre, compliments of Encore Sponsor M.O. Flowe Construction.

Proceeds from this event will be used for renovations to the Haid Theatre.

The Abbey Players theatre company was founded in 1883 and has been in continuous production for over 135 seasons. Casting is open to Belmont Abbey College students and members of the local community. We take great pride in creating professional-level productions in an intimate setting.

Arts at the Abbey is a free concert series on campus. Students and members of the community have the opportunity to attend performances by local, national, and international artists and ensembles. Programs range from classical guitar and flute and harp to 18th-century chamber music with voice.

The Abbey Dancers perform a concert every spring, take part in the annual Christmas at the Abbey event and perform at a variety of community events throughout the year. Opportunities are open to all students of Belmont Abbey College.
