Position Summary
Belmont Abbey College invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach core curriculum mathematics courses, and/or mathematics developmental courses, either seated or online. The courses include College Algebra and Math for Liberal Arts, which serve to meet part of the College’s core curriculum, and developmental courses like Intermediate Algebra and Math Essentials.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate must understand and embrace the responsibility of supporting the college’s Catholic identity and value participation in an academic community dedicated to a robust Catholic and Benedictine educational vision.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; prior experience in college teaching, seated or online, is also preferred. Applicants must have completed at least 18 graduate credits in mathematics.
