Minor in Business Management

This minor allows you to explore different interests related to business. Gain knowledge of accounting, economics, and management principles, and then choose upper-level courses to sharpen your critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Supplementing your main studies with these courses is a great way to embark on your career path with confidence and integrity.
AC 211: Principles of Financial Accounting
EC 201: Introductory Economics I OR
EC 202: Introductory Economics II
BU 300: Management
Two additional upper-level (300 or 400) BU courses (excluding, BU 306 and BU 315W)
A minimum grade of “C” must be earned in each course required for the minor.
At least three courses, including two upper-level BU courses, must be taken at Belmont Abbey College. A maximum of two courses may be transferred.
NOTE: A minor in Business Management is not available to Accounting majors.
